What can we say about Vodka that hasn't been said about mother Russia?
Vodka, distilled liquor, clear and colorless, with no distinct aroma or taste. The alcohol content is varies between 40-55%. While most people associate vodka with Russia, it is actually distilled in over 15 countries across Europe and now US.
Cereals were traditionally used in Russia and Poland because of their high neutrality, cheap cost and readily available raw material suitable for fermentation and mainly eliminates flavoring substances. This of course shouldn't stop you from adding something bright green and an umbrella in it. Just don't tell us and we won't judge you.
