Inspired by a life on the waves, Rye & Rumba begins with our award-winning rye whiskey, aged for two years in new American charred oak barrels, producing a rich, deep and sweet, yet slightly spicy spirit. We then add our spire – a 5” long spiral cut piece of American Oak that had soaked in a Caribbean rum for 6 weeks before allowing it to rest in our bottle, finishing our Rye & Rumba whiskey.
Sweet and yet spicy. The unique and artisan combination of sweet Caribbean rum and rye whiskey together produce a whiskey that is a pleasure to drink and a joy to share.
